Meet Molly
“I have been blown away by the impact yoga has had on my life. With increased mental clarity and emotional balance, I soon realised that yoga is so much more than just movement. It is a way of life.
I have always been driven by a desire to understand the human body. Not just how it works, but how it is meant to be lived in. How we fuel it, heal it, and grow stronger through use and awareness - so I completed my degree in Human Biology back in 2022 at Bath Spa University.
With my passion for yoga increasing, I decided to undergo a 200-hour teacher training in Goa, India - the heart of yoga. I had many transformative moments during and after my training at Purnam Yogshala, which has deepened my desire to explore spirituality and the mind-body connection.
Combining my studies and teacher training, I see the human body as something extraordinary. Modern life has pulled us away from its wisdom, and we underestimate what it is capable of.
I want to help people practice more yoga and realise their true potential. I combine traditional and modern knowledge to help people uncoil and expand.”
