10 Min: Let the Thoughts Pass

Let me guide you through a mediation to enhance peace and mental clarity, a short 10 minute practice for you to pause.

We begin with some gentle movements before finding stillness and drawing our focus to our breath. Whatever thoughts come up for you, notice them but let them pass and if your mind wanders elsewhere, bring back your attention to your breath.
